Billiant Support is changing support portal


Thursday 2021-06-17 we moved to a new support portal. We have left our long-time partner Kayako for Jira. This means that our support portal has a new home. Our new portal URL is


With Jira we hope to achieve better integration between support and development by choosing Jira as our support portal. There might be some issues to start with but I believe in a couple of weeks we will be able to deliver a better support service with our new tool.



What happened?


We have migrated our old tickets from the last 5 years into Jira. Comments and users will be imported with the tickets. However, there will be new ticket ids and some of the fields cannot be migrated.


Your old portal user will be migrated and connected to your tickets, but you still need to sign up to Jira using the email address registered in our old support portal, the recipient of this email. Migrated tickets are connected to the email address. The reason for the Signup is for you to create a new password. You will still be able to see tickets created by users within your own organisation. Please do not sign up to Jira until after migration is finished, it might cause some issues.
